Procedure
  • Steep grains @ 150-160° for 15-20 min.
  • Add LME & Alcohol boost after removing grains.
  • Bring to boil add hops
  • After 45 min add Lemon Peel & Irish Moss
  • After 55 min add remaining hops.
Fermentation
Primary: 10 days @ 70° F
