Procedure
  1. Bring 2.5 gal of water to 155°, add specialty grains then remove from heat. Steep grains for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes remove and drain grains, add LME & Corn Sugar. Stir until both are dissolved.
  3. Bring to a boil, add 1oz Saaz and start 60 min timer.
  4. After 45 minutes add 1oz Saaz, 1/2oz Ginger Root and 1 tsp Irish Moss.
  5. After 5 min add Yeast Fuel
  6. After another 5 minutes remove from heat and add 4oz Hibiscus.
  7. Cool to pitching temp, move to primary fermentor, add cool water to total 5 gal and pitch yeast.

 

Fermentation
Primary: 7 days @ 70° F
