| This smooth American-style porter ends with a subtle raspberry finish. It features Carapils, Crystal 90L, chocolate and black patent grains, and raspberry flavoring. O.G. = 1.047 Approximately 5% ABV. Extract kit includes: priming sugar, milled specialty grains in a muslin bag, hops, and detailed instructions. Mini-Mash kits do not come with grain bags. We recommend a Reusable Nylon Grain Bag. Mini-mash involves additional time for steeping. All grain brewing requires additional equipment and different brewing techniques. Fermentable Sugars: Extract: 6.5 lbs. Liquid Malt Extract, .5 lbs. Base Grains, 1.5 lbs. Specialty Grains. Mini Mash: 4.5 lbs. Liquid Malt Extract, 2.5 lbs. Base Grains, 1.5 lbs. Specialty Grains.
